Should the digital image be of myself only or should it include the dish? Thanks!

The digital image should be of yourself. Often, we suggest you either include a "headshot" or an image of you doing something "Championesque" such as parasailing, mountain biking, surfing, etc. We've even received images of our Champions hula-hooping! But a headshot will work fine, as well. :)
When the winners are chosen, we will shoot final high-resolution photography of the finished dish.

i have a question, should the cheese used be from the slicing deli section or are we allowed to use packaged cheese sold in the deli area? Thanks!

The cheese used should be from the packaged cheese sold in the deli area- not the deli slicing section. As a reference, look at the Featured Brands section on this site or go here: http://www.cheesechampionsonline.com/featured-brands

Im sorry to be a bother, but i have one more question! I entered a recipe, but i forgot to add my title (Mrs.) to my name. Does that disqualify my entry? If it does, may i re send the entry with the title included?
